J.T. Tarter

A resident of Herndon, J.T. Tarter has been an Assistant Pastor at our church overseeing our multiplication efforts and is passionate about creating community and sharing the gospel in the Herndon area.

A Reformed Theological Seminary graduate, he finished the Pastoral Intern program with the Capital Pres Family. Previously he worked in Michigan, serving in the revitalization of a 112-year-old church in metro Detroit, working with college, youth, and worship ministries. J.T. also served in the Army National Guard for six years.

J.T. and his wife, Sarah, are kept on their toes by their four children: Josiah, Judah, Annabel and Isaiah.
